Recall Reply ("Recall Reply," "we," "us," or "our") provides messaging software that helps dental practices respond to missed calls, manage patient text conversations, and support appointment-related communication.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when dental practices, their staff, and end users interact with Recall Reply.
1. Scope
Recall Reply is business software used by dental practices. In many cases, we process information on behalf of a dental practice that controls the patient relationship. In those situations, the dental practice is the data controller for patient communications, and Recall Reply acts as a service provider or processor.

- Phone numbers used to send and receive messages

Information provided by end users
When a patient or end user calls or texts a dental practice using Recall Reply, we may process information such as phone number, name if provided, message contents, and appointment-related details shared by the end user.

We do not use patient communication data for unrelated advertising.
4. SMS and Calling Data
Recall Reply facilitates application-to-person and person-to-application communication for dental practices. Message frequency varies based on how a patient interacts with a practice. Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient's mobile plan.
End users may reply STOP to opt out of text messages where supported, and HELP for additional assistance where applicable.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information with dental practices and their authorized users, cloud hosting providers, messaging and telecom providers such as Twilio, database and operational service providers, professional advisors, and authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security records, and enforce agreements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Healthcare and Sensitive Information
Recall Reply is designed for operational and appointment-related communication. Practices should avoid transmitting unnecessary sensitive medical information through SMS.
